Topics such as Inner Child Integration, Soul Retrieval, and Life Script Planning are addressed to provide additional confidence in ceremonies.
Meditation, Yoga and Art
Morning yoga sessions enrich ayahuasca experiences in the evening. The practice of meditation and yoga helps attunement with the source, while artistic expression after each ceremony is a wonderful way to share the journeys with ayahuasca.
Post-retirement integration
We recommend continued mindfulness practice after the retreat, focusing on awareness of the present moment. It is recommended to avoid alcohol and drugs during the transition to everyday life, as mindfulness is the opposite of numbness. Investing time in transformation and respecting feelings and the body are essential.
